Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We primarily use FedEx as our shipping provider.  FedEx Ground takes approximately 4-5 business days to the East Coast from Seattle.  

3rd party shipping options are available to customers with their own billing account.  Pickup timing may change depending on the service requested.

Refused shipments will be charged for freight both ways and charged a 10% restocking fee.

DROP SHIPPING

*Drop shipping is available for free when ordering through this site.  Any drop ship orders below $25 without a prepaid label sent to us will be charged a $5 handling fee.  (This only occurs when calling, emailing and faxing orders)  Call us if you have questions.
